Laser temperature at 10 million degreesBritish scientists have managed to heat the material at a temperature of 10 million degrees Celsius, a temperature much higher than that present on the surface of the sun using the most powerful laser in the world.To achieve this, the Vulcan laser concentrated energy equivalent to 100 times the global electricity production is at a point a few millimeters of the measure. Britain has proposed an even more powerful laser, known as Hiper (High Power laser Energy Research), which will help to achieve the fusion of hydrogen as a future source of energy.
